Description:
The ladle has an elongated handle and a shallow bowl. On the exterior, 24 lotus blossoms painted in cobalt blue lie along the border. A Sanskrit character, which refers to a bodhisattva, locates in the center, and it is encircled by five lines of Sanskrit; three lines of such characters extend to the handle, and the middle line is longer than the other two. The blue pigment is brilliant, and the dark, ferrous specks appear throughout the ladle. The clear glaze shows a blue tinge.
