Description:
The green jade shows reddish splashes of varying tints on the surface. It is carved to represent a flying bird with two outspread wings. The top is rather thick, and the bottom, which shows a tail curling up, is thin. The contour is beautiful. The bird head is round and thick, and it only uses two bulging circles to indicate the eyes. Each wing is carved with two vertical, jutting lines. Between the body and the tail is a long protruding strip, in which a line is carved in the middle. The back is plain, and it has one hole for a cord to fasten it.
