Description:
The Ruyi is decorated with peaches and flowers in wuicai enamel on a yellow background. The Ruyi's head is cloud-styled, a commonly used shape on a Ruyi to imitate the shape of a fungus, lingzhi. The head is decorated with a blue character shou, which means long-life, held by five red bats in the center. On the back of the head, a blue horizontal inscription, "Made during the Qianlong reign," is written in kai-shu (or chancery script style). The stem becomes wider and pointed towards the tip. At the tip, both sides are painted with a large red bat. The tip is attached with a pair of blue tassels and two coral beads.
