Description:
|
Two Ruyi overlap and form an X shape. The heads are cloud-styled and have three layers. Where the Ruyi meets is inlaid with the character, xi, which means double happiness. On each stem, two characters are carved to make up a wishful phrase with four characters. The characters, wan and nan which mean millions of years, are engraved on the upper part of the stems. On the lower part of the stems, another two characters, Ruyi, together means "as you wish," are engraved. The stem becomes wider and pointed towards the tip. Note: This type of small Ruyi is likely to be found near the wedding bed to wish for harmony and "as you wish."
